| Last week I wanted to play HE (a wonderful 2-10 spread limit game). But the HE game had no seats, and so I took a seat at a 4-8 O/8 game. I used to play a lot of O/8, but have concentrated on HE for a couple of years now. I much prefer to play HE. Anyway, on my second hand I flopped quads, turned the nut low, and scooped a very nice pot (4 callers all the way). Several hands later, in the BB, I flopped the nut straight (9 high), which held up !! (With 3 callers who all hit the nut low for 1/6 of the pot). Within about 45 mins, I was up about 20 big bets, and then left the game to take a seat at the 2-10 HE. Question: Should I have stayed at the O/8 game which seemed to be hitting me in the head with the deck, even though I don't really like the game? | ||

| When your running good its makes sense to let the deck keep hitting ya ...Of course it still means you must play decent hands for the benefits of the deck to truly hit ya, jim on 11.
