| 2/4 blinds pot-limit omaha hand. I have a huge stack. Button has about 180 in front of him. I have AcKcKhJh in the cutoff. 4 limpers, I raise pot (30 dollars total). Button raises full pot ($112 total). Everybody folds to me. At this point, I either raise the button all in or I lay it down. Button is decent player, but a little bit on the loose side. Do I have an easy re-raise, or is it debatable? | ||

| My only problem with putting him all in is that most players only re-raise in pot-limit omaha with Aces, and I cant beat aces. | ||

| You have a Ace in your hand which may help you more than you realize. It may steal an important out from your opponent. You have a great double suited holding that can make a number of nut hands so for the extra money of putting your opponent all in it is well worth it. Don't hesitate at all - shove in the extra money and then see who wins. -Zeno | ||

| Unfortunately, you CAN beat Aces, as I found out to my cost the other day when my AAKx double-suited lost to KKxx when the only remaining King popped up on the flop. Most frustrating, depressing and annoying beat of my poker career I think, even though statistically it isn't that bad. | ||

| I'm going to assume he has an AA hand, single or double suited. If he has your secondary suit dominated you are too much of an underdog. There really isn't much dead money in the pot, so you would be getting just a bit more than 1:1 odds to put him all-in. I'd like to think I was at least a 5:4 favorite in this spot to get involved deep. I don't think folding for the $30 investment is going to give your left hand opponent a license to steal in the future (whereas folding a big pot after the flop might). You have a hand that plays best with a pot sized bet on an ordinary flop from last position. That leverage is gone, I would be too. | ||

| I went ahead and put him all in. He turned over AsKsJd5d. I had AcKcKhJh, so he was extremely dominated. He needed to hit his 5, or make a flush to win. An ace came on the flop, and we split with the pot as we both had a pair of aces with a King kicker. Even though I got lucky and he didnt have AA, I still think a re-raise in pot-limit omaha is usually AA and I probably should have folded my hand as Andrew said. | ||

| many players will not agree with this but I don't like to put much $$$ in the pot before the flop there are far more cards in the deck that wont improve my hand than those that will so I never raise before the flop but with a hand like that I might call it all depends | ||
