| Of Course! That's why any form of gambling on the internet involving cards is a joke! You TRUST that some company offshore is not looking at your cards? Naive! Plant me at the table and let me see all the cards and let's GO!. YOu write a program that shows each player around the world his cards but promise not to look at them all yourself? HA! Don't trust ANY offshore poker rooms. | ||

| lol, Sites like paradisepoker have to much to loose by looking at everyones cards. Why risk loosing one of the most profitable sites online. People that think THATS the reason they are loosing are naive. | ||

| OK, OK....I am paranoid and not the best player. Ooh that hurts. All right, now that I am over it, help me overcome my fear. How do you know that anybody is a consistant winner at Paradise Poker? I live in the middle of nowhere. Do I message the table for someone to admit they are a consistant winner and please call me and swear it? And if someone calls, how do I know they don't play for Paradise? And if Paradise is honest, are all of the other fifty? Obviously you guys win, I guess. But (no offense) who are you? Do you at least see what I mean? Thanks | ||

There are software programs that work at different sites that analyze your hand histories and show how many people have won in games you play in. Some folks have 100,000 hands in their database. Finding evidence of consistent winners is easy. It's true that every person's sample size of all their opponents will always be smallish and "consistent winner" doesn't guarantee "winner for life", but what you make sound hopeless is very easy. > Do you at least see what I mean? Thanks I hope you do. | ||

| Good approach. But once I discover that who the winners are, I have NO means of actually observing their play in person. (This is the only re-assuring aspect of playing with anyone but your friends. Assuming you are a fairly competent player...Would you ever sit down at a high-stakes table with people you did not know? Of course, you might. But if they seemed to be idiots and you consistantly lost would't you get suspicious and avoid that game?) And so... the winners that appear in your example of research could be nothing more than the cheaters. Maybe somebody on this site knows (in person) a bunch of players who do well playing on-line and they don"t cheat. Then by all means PLAY! I just don't happen to know of anyone. in person. Thanks for your feedback. Just knowing that people win doesn't help. | ||

| All the system administrator needs to do is set the server into whatever debug mode they use and could easily view real-time what is occuring on the server. This would have also been tested during the development of the software -- observing the values of variables in the watch window. Your issue isn't with the technical, "can-they-do-it", it's more a matter of "would-they-do-it" and why. | ||
