| First off how refreshing to see poker talk, and not constant bickering, mudslinging etc. on this forum. Thank You all. Now my querry. I have been playing poker for about 5 yrs. and through 1.5 yrs of record keeping I am beating my local 10/20 game for 1.2 BB/hr. I am thinking of moving to either Vegas or Ca. to try to suppliment my income more seriously through poker. I am fortunate enough to have a job which will allow me to transfer just about anywhere in the country, so location doesn't really matter. I am divorced w/ no kids. Basically I am wondering about the Ca games. I've heard they're wild. Is that true or just loose/aggressive? I am planning a trip there in spring, but would appreciate any comments on the games beatability comparing to Vegas where I go a few times per year. Oh limits usually 10/20 and sometimes up to 20/40. Much Appreciation. CM | ||

| Hi Mike I do think the games are looser in California. That said, the rake is higher and the cost of living in much greater. If you are going to play real high, then Cal is the spot....The decision is much closer if you want to play small and medium limits! Roy Cooke on 4.
