Ray Zee, Hi-Lo Split Poker

Bob Ciaffone, Omaha Hold'em Poker

Championship Omaha TJ Cloutier and Tom McEvoy

I think there is information in Doyle Brunson's Super/System as well.

For Omaha high the book omaha holdem by Bob Ciafione is an excellent introduction to the game. This book also offers a small amount of info on Omaha HiLo split.
For Omaha HILo the book by Ray Zee high low split for advanced player is excellent.
Apart from these books everything else I have read on omaha seems to not really be that worthwhile.
Hope this helps

Vicki,

try www.playwinningpoker.com, it's good for beginners. Also, Annie Duke's material on UB is fairly decent as well. I think Zee's book is a must read (several times)...

Good luck....
