| I have been invited to playin a very loose 5-10-15-20 home game with little pre-flop raising that gets aggressive after the flop. The games that are played are mostly Omaha Hi and Holdem with a splash of Crazy Pineapple. I am looking for some sage advice for play in this type of game. | ||

| This is very much like a double-bet-on-the-end hold-em game such as those spread in the South (eg, 10-20-40). Mostly, it means this: (1) Think of the game stakes as more like 10-20 instead of 5-10. (2) However, the implied pot odds are enormous, so definitely play a lot more hands, especially if they have nut potential. (3) Because of the large turn bet, give a LOT more action on hands that might be leading on the turn. You gotta make them pay to suck. (4) Don't overplay unimproved top pair or overpairs on the river, because you'll get punished severely if someone "got there." That's all I can think of for now. | ||
