Best place to play (low)mid limit in Vegas?, Chuck, 17. Nov 2002 09:45 | ||

| Where are the best 8-16 to 10-20 games in Vegas? What's the 10-20 at the Orleans like on a Friday or Saturday night? How about Binions? What are the day time tourneys like at the Orleans? One other question. I like Hold'em more then Stud, but I also like winning more then losing. That being said, is low limit Stud a better place to find the "tourist" type player? It seems to me that more kitchen table type players would be familiar with Stud then Hold'em, thus making the games better. Thoughts? Thanks, Chuck | ||

| When I'm in LV and want to play 10-20 I go to the Mirage. If I want to play 4-8 I go to the Orleans or Bellagio. The two daily tourneys at the Orleans are tough, yet beatable. If you're looking for a "quick small score" the 6pm tourneys at Mandalay Bay are laughably easy to beat, although they limit them to 3 tables, so there isn't much money in them...BUT they have a decent live game in the early evenings.
