I was hoping someone could suggest some books on tournament play. I do well in ring games but usually don't fair well in multi-table tourneys. thanks, Jeremy

I just read Sklansky's tournament poker book and I would recommend it. I have done pretty well in tourneys, but there were still a ton of 'correct plays' in the book that I don't make. The concept of the book is that the correct tournament play is sometimes much different that the play you would make in a ring game, and he does a good job of explaining and giving examples. There are other good tournament books out there, but this was the first one I have read.

Hi Jeremy,

Sklansky's new book is outstanding, and Tom McEvoy and TJ Cloutiers books are as well.

Can't argue with Tom and TJ's success.
