| This message is to Roy Cooke. First, thank you very much for leaving me a message and your phone number, I will be calling you next week to discuss the problem that we had. We wanted to publicly thank you since we believe that you showed your class by calling us and responding promptly to our complaint. We appreciated you doing this since obviously we are very upset. We've won a good deal of money at Planet Poker and would prefer to continue to play on the site and in the games that we were playing in. We look forward to talking to you. The reason for this post isn't for us to air out any dirty laundry in public, but to sincerely let everyone know that at least at Planet Poker you do call players if they have a dispute or problem. We don't know if other sites do, but we felt compelled to let your readers know that you do. We know that players often want to know about a sites customer service before playing there and we can say that you did respond quickly and we appreciated it. Hopefully, after we talk to you, our next post will still be complimentary ...lol.....We look forward to our discussion and thanks again for the call. | ||
