| In a loose game of 7 Card Stud Hi-Lo with eight players being dealt in, what are the approx. odds that one or more hands will qualify with an 8 or better for low? | ||

| that percentage is almost worthless. What has much more value is evaluating the board, and the betting and knowing which players are rocks, and never have a brick in the hole. When you factor in the fact that until a player has the three lo cards up he CAN'T have a lo, you will get a much better idea of what the chances are. But to answer your questionI believe the odds of starting with three lo cards will make a lo in a vacuum just under fifty percent of the time, and four lo cards is almost 75% to make any lo. Does that help? So if three players have three lo cards up, you are going to get only half the pot, lol, almost all the time, no matter how big your full house is!
