This is the first time that I have tried to post on this new forum---and I am not sure just how it works---but I am a fast learner---and will try to work it out.----Just wanted to tell all of you that

"The Seniors" World Championship of Limit Hold em Poker will be held again this year at Foxwoods---

I will be hosting the event on Friday the 15th of November---The Buy in will be $300. Plus fee and I am expecting two or three hundred seniors will be playing.---

A senior must have been born on or before November 15, 1952 to play and win any money in this event.

The Foxwoods casino is adding $2,000 to the players prize pool---Hoope to see you there and remember to--Stay Lucky.-OK-J

Hi, Johnny --

That's great news! For those among our forum visitors who don't know who's who in poker, Oklahoma Johnny Hale is a true legend and a class act.

He founded the senior's tournament for poker, plus the Senior's Hall of Fame and has hosted the much-publicized events for many years.

His contributions to poker are monumental, and we welcome him to the United Poker Forum.

Straight Flushes,
Mike Caro

Isn't there a wonderful legend legend (story?) about Mr Hhale where he put a novice in a tourney, told him/her to raise w/ any cards adding up to 20 or 21 and this person won
Mike Mantel, bottom pair
(if Mike Caro is straight flushes i am bottom pair)
